Carmen Oguz has worked in healthcare for 25 years. She is licensed to practice physical therapy in Mississippi, Arkansas, and Tennessee. She also earned two nationally recognized certifications in wound care and has experience as a medical expert witness.
Carmen is a pianist and treasurer at her church, President of her Rotary Club. Carmen currently serves as Vice President of Service Line Development and the Director of Rehabilitation for a nationally recognized, Top 10 Critical Access Hospital in the heart of the Mississippi Delta. She recently returned from St. Lucia, West Indies, where she worked as a physical therapist and wound care specialist at the St. Jude Hospital.
Carmen and her husband, “Chet,” have two sons: Cooper (13) and Cruz (11). Chet is also a Rotarian – a member of the Cleveland Rotary Club.
