Barcelona to Host Rotary International Convention in June 2027

Barcelona, Spain has been selected to host the Rotary International Convention from 26–30 June 2027 at Fira de Barcelona.

Often described by attendees as a “mini United Nations conference,” the convention brings together Rotary members and leaders from around the world. The updated schedule allows Barcelona to welcome the global Rotary community two years earlier than previously announced in March.

Economic and Global Impact

Based on previous conventions, the event is expected to:

• Attract up to 20,000 participants
• Welcome attendees from more than 140 countries
• Generate an estimated €68 million in economic impact for the local economy
